Gingins u15 team finished 3rd in the u15 Romande Cup held at the picturesque Bout-du-Monde in Geneva. The tournament was contested by 4 teams - Basel Dragons JCC + Geneva RYCC (winners), Cossonay CC and Zurich Crickets CC (runners up).

Round 1
The team got off to a good start with a comprehensive 4 wicket win over Cossonay. All the bowlers contributed with James Baker (1-6) and Ákos Szilágyi (1-0) being the pick of the lot. After collapsing to 29-4, the team recovered through a strong 59 run partnership between Jérémie Jomini 18*(25) and James 14*(18) to eventually win comfortably.

Round 2
The team went down to a very strong Basel/GRYCC team by 9 wickets. Rory Bower 16(27) showed some resistance along with Will Coltart 7(17) and Saurav Barik 6(13) but the team only managed to score 54 runs. Basel scored the required runs in just 8 overs.

Round 3
Yet again, Zurich was too strong for our lads. They scored an imposing 158-3 with only Alexander Dann and Jérémie able to contain the batsmen. Rory yet again showed steel with the bat with 12(17) but the other batsmen were unable to cope with the bowling and ended up losing by 103 runs.
